Return Policy
- What is the timeline for returning the item?
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery , If a customer returns the material after delivery or in transit cancel the logistics cost should be handle by the customer.
Product Return Eligibility & Time LimitReturn requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The Customer raises a return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery of the product(s) at the designated delivery address.
- The product(s) must be in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, with original packaging, labels, serial numbers, and accompanying documentation intact.
- Return eligibility is subject to the nature of the defect or issue as assessed by Electricmart quality team.
- Products that have been installed, modified, tampered with, or used do not qualify for return under this Policy, unless otherwise covered under Electricmart applicable warranty terms.
IMPORTANT: Any return request received after the seven (7) day period from the date of delivery shall not be accepted or entertained, irrespective of the reason cited by the customer. Electricmart shall have no obligation to process, review, or respond to any return request submitted beyond the prescribed return window.
Once, system is installed, it can not be taken back.
